Saddle River Fire Department’s 58 Truck provided coverage for the Orangeburg Fire District in New York while Orangeburg firefighters participated in their annual parade. This support ensured that the community remained protected without interruption, allowing Orangeburg’s members to fully enjoy their tradition.
Joining Saddle River on the assignment were mutual aid partners from River Vale, Hillsdale, Old Tappan, and Closter. The collaboration highlighted the strength of the fire service — departments coming together, even across state lines, to provide seamless protection for neighboring communities. Thanks to the teamwork and dedication of all involved, the district remained safe until Orangeburg crews returned.
