post at Yacht Club and requested EMS for transport. Dutchess County Marine unit brought subject to Yacht Club where Empress EMS was staging-Town/Newburgh

Police and New York State Police was at scene. Subject was pronounced DOA after attempts to revive subject failed. New York State Police investigating the

incident.
