New Windsor FD was dispatched to a working structure fire with entrapment on September 21 at 111 Cedar Ave, Mutual Aid to scene: Newburgh FD-Cornwall FD-Vails Gate FD 36-15. Outside operation as total house was in flames. Three lines in operation, heavy fire throughout residence. New Windsor Police, Orange County Sheriff and New York State Police at scene ,New Windsor EMS. Central Hudson was called to cut power. Subject that was trapped got out of residence. Cause is under investigation by New Windsor Police Department.
