Newburgh Firefighters Knock Down Two-Alarm House Fire

Newburgh FD responded to reported structure fire on September 19th around 4:00 pm at 143 South Williams Street. Command arrived fire on first second floors. Requested Second Alarm Sounded-Responding units-West Point Air Guard New Windsor to scene. Fire knocked down and checked for extensions. City/Newburgh. Police blocked road-Empress EMS was at scene. Central Hudson called to scene. Deputy Orange County Fire Coordinator 36-12 was at scene. Command requested

Engine One and Ten hired back. Cause and Origin were called to scene. Fire under investigation. Cronomer Valley and Cornwall on Hudson stood by at Public Safety Building .
