September 11, 2025 — The Brooklawn Fire Company joined the community this evening to participate in the annual 9/11 memorial ceremony, hosted by Brooklawn American Legion Post 72 and Brooklawn Methodist Church.

The solemn event honored the lives lost in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and paid tribute to the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice. Firefighters stood alongside veterans, clergy, and residents to reflect on the significance of the day and reaffirm their commitment to service.

The department thanked the hosts for organizing the ceremony and emphasized the importance of continuing to remember and educate future generations about the events of 9/11.
