September 18, 2025 — Firefighters with the Frankford Township Fire Department have been actively engaged in intensive training sessions to strengthen readiness and response capabilities.
On Monday evening, 15 september 2025, members conducted search drills inside the former Culver Lake Golf Course Clubhouse. The exercise provided newer firefighters with valuable experience operating in low-visibility conditions using air packs, while senior members had the opportunity to further refine their search techniques.
On September 18, crews continued their training with a focus on drafting operations using Engine 1. The session included hands-on practice with hose lines and the deck gun, allowing the department’s newest member and one of its junior firefighters to gain practical experience and build confidence.
Department leaders emphasized that regular training is vital to ensuring quick and effective response during emergencies. “When seconds matter, our preparation makes the difference. We will be at our best when you need us most,” the department stated.
