Fire contained to single room in South Old Bridge home

OLD BRIDGE, N.J. (Sept. 15, 2025) — Firefighters extinguished a blaze early Monday after being dispatched to a smoke condition in a two-story home, officials said.
South Old Bridge Volunteer Fire Company units 321 and 322 arrived around 1:37 a.m. and located the fire inside the residence. Crews quickly knocked it down, containing damage to the room where it started.
No injuries were reported.
