Station 12-7 was dispatched to the Milmay section of BVT for a reported dwelling fire. Upon arrival, 12700 requested a working fire box. Engine 1272 stretched a line to the rear of the fire, where three mobile homes were burning with extension to a tractor-trailer, three propane tanks venting, and a barn exposure containing approximately 1,000 bales of hay.

As additional crews arrived, a second and third line were stretched, successfully containing the fire to the area of origin and preventing damage to the barn. A 5-inch supply line was laid nearly half a mile down the driveway by multiple companies.

Crews remained on scene for roughly four hours. No injuries were reported. Fire companies from Milmay, Dorothy, Richland, East Vineland, Estell Manor, Tuckahoe, Mays Landing, Laureldale, and Buena Boro responded. A fill station for tenders was established at Dorothy Station #1, while units from Vineland #5 and Scullville covered stations until the fire was brought under control.
