Station 11 Responds to Multiple Structure Fires Following Community Run
Station 11 experienced a demanding and eventful day. The morning began with the successful completion of a community-hosted 5K and 10K run. Shortly after, Station 11 was dispatched to assist with a residential structure fire in Manahawkin. Units 1115 and 1103 responded; Unit 1115 operated on scene while Unit 1103 was reassigned to provide coverage for both Barnegat and Manahawkin from Manahawkin’s firehouse.
As Unit 1115 was clearing from that incident, Barnegat was dispatched to a separate structure fire within the township, where both Units 1115 and 1103 once again responded to provide service.
All Station 11 personnel performed their duties with professionalism, ensuring that operations were conducted safely.
Station 11 expressed gratitude to the Ladies Auxiliary, Barnegat Police Department, Station 36, Station 47, Station 60, Squad 11, and all additional agencies for their support and cooperation.
