Chief 166 and Engine 172, alongside Eatontown Fire Department and Wanamassa Fire Company, initially covered Long Branch Fire Headquarters while city crews battled a 2nd alarm structure fire. All three companies were later called to the scene to assist with fire suppression and overhaul operations. Engine 172 was released and returned to town just before 6:30 AM.
