The FDNY Retired Firefighters of Spring Hill Chapter 343 along with the Retired NYPD held their 20th Anniversary Memorial Service on September 11th at the VFW Post 10209 in Spring Hill. President John Lightsey (Ret FDNY) along with many other retirees spent countless hours preparing for this day. The day was a successful one with many of people from the VFW to motorcycle riders to veterans to Police and Firefighters from Hernando County on hand. Many of donors from the county were gracious enough to donate food and more for all.
