BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (Aug. 16, 2025) — Bridgeport firefighters took part in the city’s annual backpack giveaway Saturday, an event that provided local students with school supplies ahead of the new academic year.
The Fire Department thanked residents who attended and said the program was a success.
