CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (Aug. 27, 2025) — Forks Fire Department members conducted a training drill Wednesday night that involved the controlled burning of four vehicles.
Fire officials said the exercise allowed each firefighter to practice assigned roles and responsibilities in a live-fire scenario.
The department described the drill as successful in reinforcing readiness for future emergencies.
