CLINTON, Maine (Aug. 26, 2025) — Firefighters responded Tuesday to a grass fire along Interstate 95 northbound between mile markers 147 and 148, officials said.
Clinton crews worked alongside Pittsfield Fire to bring the fire under control.
Officials noted that fire danger in the region remains high and urged residents to avoid any outside burning until significant rainfall occurs.
