Franklin firefighters rescue patient from roof

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (Sept. 3, 2025) — Franklin firefighters used specialized equipment early Wednesday to rescue a medical patient from a roof, officials said.
The rescue was carried out by D Shift, which used a large apparatus to safely bring the patient down. Fire officials said the equipment allowed the rescue to be completed quickly and safely.
