Minor Injuries Reported in Newburgh Two-Car Crash

NEWBURGH, NY – Winona Lake and Orange Lake Fire Departments responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries on September 4th at the intersection of State Route 300 and Meadow Avenue. Town of Newburgh Police and EMS were on the scene. Firefighters applied Speedy Dry to fluids on the roadway and disconnected the vehicle batteries to eliminate hazards. Town of Newburgh EMS evaluated both drivers, who refused medical treatment. One northbound lane on State Route 300 remained open during the incident. Town of Newburgh Police are investigating the cause.
