Running for Resilience: Firefighters Race to Support Mental Health

On Sunday, firefighters Chris Hamilton, TJ Nicholson, and Mike Rosa took on the Falmouth Road Race—not just for the challenge, but for a cause close to their hearts. Running as part of a dedicated team, they helped raise funds for the Plymouth County Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Team, an organization that provides vital mental health support to first responders in times of crisis.
