NEWINGTON, CT - A fire that started in a detached garage quickly spread to the main house along with a motorhome and a car that was parked in the driveway on September 3rd.

Several outbuildings and a truck were also damaged in the rear of the home, along with some siding damage to a neighboring home. Four firefighters were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Members of Task Force 51 assisted at the scene. The cause is under investigation.
