COLDEN, NY — August 7 — Patchin Fire Company responded as part of a mutual aid effort to a structure fire located on Supervisor Avenue in Colden. They joined several neighboring fire departments at the scene, where the fire was actively burning. The response involved the Colden Fire Company, Boston Volunteer Fire Department, North Boston Volunteer Fire Company, Holland Volunteer Fire Department, East Concord Fire Department, East Eden Fire Company, South Wales Fire Company, West Falls Volunteer Fire Company, Armor Volunteer Fire Company, East Seneca Volunteer Fire Company, and Eden Fire Department #1.

This extensive mutual aid response brought in extra personnel and resources, which helped support the crews working at the structure fire.

Patchin Fire Company, which is based at 8333 Boston State Road in Boston, was one of the neighboring agencies that were called in to assist.
