Lee firefighters respond to crash, wildland fire and EMS call

LEE, Maine (Aug. 13, 2025) — Lee Fire Rescue crews handled three separate calls Wednesday, including a motor vehicle crash, a wildland fire and a medical emergency.
At 8:26 a.m., firefighters responded to a crash on Lee Road. One person was transported to the hospital, and another was evaluated but declined treatment. Ambulances 708 and 709, along with Engine 713, were on scene.
At 12:08 p.m., units were dispatched to Arab Road near the Lee-Lincoln town line for a wildland fire threatening a home. The blaze was found within inches of a residence and spreading into nearby woods. Crews extinguished the fire before Lincoln firefighters arrived and assumed control. Lee units 701, 716 and 708 responded.
At 1:24 p.m., Ambulance 708 answered an EMS call.
