MONROE, Conn. (Aug. 19, 2025) — Firefighters from the Monroe Volunteer Fire Department and Stepney Fire Department conducted fireground training Tuesday night at an acquired residential structure in town.
The exercise gave volunteers a chance to practice tactics in a real house setting, fire officials said.
