Three-car crash in Old Saybrook sends several to hospital

OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. (Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025) — A three-car crash on Boston Post Road Tuesday afternoon sent several people to local hospitals, officials said.
The Old Saybrook Fire Department was dispatched at 4:18 p.m. near Action Sports and Atlantic Seafood. Old Saybrook and Essex ambulance crews transported multiple patients for treatment.
No information was immediately available on the extent of injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
