BRIDGEWATER, Vt. (Friday, Aug. 22, 2025) — The Bridgewater Volunteer Fire Department is emphasizing its commitment to training and preparedness after a busy summer of calls and drills, officials said.

The department meets every Monday night, alternating between training, equipment maintenance and readiness checks. On the fourth Monday of each month, members gather for their business meeting.
