Newburgh FD responded to a vehicle striking gas meter at 246 First Street on August 30. FD arrived and blocked ares off-checked buildings
east on First Street for Smell of gas-evacuated three houses and taped area off. City.Newburgh PD arrived Central Hudson was notified to respond.
FD stood by untill Central Hudson arrival. City/Newburgh took report.
