Mastic NY- On the morning of August 15th at about 9:30 AM the Mastic Fire Department and Mastic Ambulance Company were called for a report of a vehicle crash to Southaven Ave off Mastic Rd. On arrival Chief Sunderman found a single vehicle roll over crash. No one was trapped in the vehicle so Chief Sunderman i advised he would be fine with 1 unit coming into the scene only. Rescue 10 came in and the OIC directed them to clean secure the vehicle and clean up any debris that they could. The driver of the vehicle was checked out by Mastic EMS personnel.
The road was closed for about 45 minutes before reopening.
