The Orwell Volunteer Fire Department is holding a fundraising raffle, with the drawing scheduled for October 25, 2025. Proceeds from the event will go directly toward supporting the department’s operations, equipment, and training.

Prizes include:

• 1st Place: Henry Long Ranger .308
• 2nd Place: Stoeger 12 GA

Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at Liberty Guns and Ammo or from any Orwell Firefighter.

Department officials emphasized that every ticket sold directly supports the fire company’s mission of protecting the community: “Your support ensures we have the resources to respond quickly and effectively when our neighbors need us most.”
