Winona Lake and Orange Lake FD responded to a reported kitchen fire at TGI Fridays at 1251 State Route 300 on 27-August. Car One arrived and reported 

active grease fire extended to wall-Orange Lake/Winona Lake arrived and layed in from hydrant. Ladder truck was extended to roof area and firefighters

checked roof. Fire was contained to kitchen area with no extensions. Deputy Orange County Fire Coordinator 36-13 was at scene-Town/Newburgh Police was 

at scene. Town/Newburgh Fire Inspector and Central Hudson called to scene. Incident turned of to Fire Inspector. All units returned to quarters.
