Multi-Vehicle Accident on Route 70 Prompts Coordinated Emergency Response

Vincentown, NJ - On August 4, 2026, in Burlington County, Hampton Lakes Volunteer Fire Company units, including Rescue-Engine 1723, Special Services 1729, and Assistant Chief 17202, responded to a multiple vehicle accident on Route 70 in the vicinity of Huntington Drive.


Upon arrival, crews worked in coordination with mutual aid partners to secure the scene and assist with incident operations. EMS personnel from Hampton Lakes Emergency Squad and Tabernacle Rescue Squad provided patient care and medical evaluation to those involved in the crash.


Vincent Fire Company Rescue-Engine 1711 also responded to the incident and assisted with scene operations and support duties. Fire and rescue personnel worked together to stabilize the situation, manage roadway hazards, and ensure safe conditions for emergency medical operations.


After completing necessary scene safety measures and supporting EMS operations, units cleared the incident and returned to service.
