Sunday, 24 August 2025 – Firefighters from across the region came together in Chesterfield Township for a multi-company water supply drill, aimed at improving coordination and readiness for large-scale emergencies.
The exercise included:
- Wrightstown Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 (Sta. 213, Eng. 4112, BLS 2692)
- Chesterfield Hose Company (Sta. 261)
- Springfield Township Fire Company (Sta. 331)
- Sta. 461 and Sta. 322
- Franklin Fire Company #1
Crews practiced water shuttle operations and sustained water supply tactics, simulating scenarios where hydrants are not available. These joint drills ensure firefighters can operate seamlessly during real emergencies that require multi-agency response.
