Emergency Crews Respond to Four-Vehicle Crash in Carroll Valley Borough

CARROLL VALLEY BOROUGH, Pa. — On 20th August 205, Fire and EMS units were dispatched at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday to a four-vehicle crash at the intersection of Autumn Trail and Waynesboro Pike, Box 3-5.
Responders arrived to find multiple vehicles with significant damage. Several people were evaluated at the scene. One patient required advanced care and was transported to a regional trauma center.
Crews worked to secure the scene, assist patients, and clear the roadway. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
The intersection was closed for a period while emergency operations were underway.
