FREEHOLD, N.J. (Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025) — Freehold firefighters conducted a Thursday night training session to refresh their skills in vehicle extrication, officials said.
Crews practiced using Holmatro hydraulic tools to simulate removing victims from crashed vehicles. The department noted that while the skill is not used often, firefighters must remain proficient for emergencies.
