AUDUBON PARK, N.J. (Thursday, July 20, 2025) — Firefighters from Audubon Park Fire Company conducted marine training on the Cooper River Thursday night, focusing on boating operations and water rescue techniques, officials said.
Members donned water rescue gear and entered the water to practice rescue scenarios. The training was designed to sharpen skills for real-life emergencies on local waterways.
“Such training enhances our capabilities, allowing us to better serve our community and surrounding areas,” the department said in a statement.
