Crane belonging to Capt'n Hook's Crane Service lifting metal house trusses caught fire at a job site after the boom came in contact with one of Florida Power & Lights high voltage power lines. The operator was found deceased laying in the road and could not be rescued until the power was secured. No other injuries were reported and OSHA was notified. Power outage affected 160 customers in the immediate area and would not be restored until late Wednesday evening.
