Bohemia, NY - Bohemia Firefighters Quickly Knock Down Early-Morning Vehicle Fire The Bohemia Fire Department responded early Sunday morning to a reported vehicle fire, with all Chiefs, Engine 7, and Engine 1 arriving promptly at the scene.
Upon arrival, firefighters found the vehicle fully involved in flames. The crew of Engine 7 immediately deployed a handline and worked swiftly to bring the fire under control, preventing further spread.
All operations were conducted under the command of Acting Chief of Department Scott Mistler.
The coordinated response on 16th August in the Suffolk county and quick actions of the crews helped ensure the incident was brought under control efficiently.
