LINDEN, NJ - On Saturday, August 16, 2025, Chief William Hasko extended a warm welcome to the America’s 9/11 Foundation Scholarship Run as it made its final stop in Linden before heading into New York City. The annual motorcycle run honors the memory of those lost on September 11, 2001, while also raising scholarship funds for the children of first responders. Riders were greeted in Linden with support and appreciation before continuing toward their last leg into Manhattan. The event reflects the strong connection between local fire departments and the broader first responder community, highlighting both remembrance and the commitment to future generations.
