Interior, Exterior Crews Work Fluvanna Avenue Extension Fire

Falconer, NY - Firefighters from multiple departments worked an early-morning residential structure fire after arriving companies encountered a working fire with visible flames. Fluvanna Fire Department handled the initial response to the August 13, 2026 incident on Fluvanna Avenue Extension in the Jamestown, NY area. Chautauqua County dispatch reported visible flames shortly after midnight and an evacuation of the surrounding area as crews responded. Falconer Fire Department responded on mutual aid with Truck 401, whose crew assisted with ventilation and fire suppression during coordinated interior and exterior operations. Additional mutual-aid companies also operated at the scene as firefighters brought the incident under control. Falconer personnel returned safely to quarters following completion of their assignment.
