Broadalbin-Kennyetto Responds to Vehicle-Deer Crash

— August 2nd — At around 1:21 a.m., the Broadalbin-Kennyetto Fire Company arrived at a car and deer collision on State Highway 29.
The original location was supposed to be in the Town of Broadalbin, close to Dylan Drive. The mishap occurred at State Highway 29 and the eastern end of Old State Road, west of Dylan Drive, according to an on-scene BKFC incident commander.
The event was also responded to by Lake Valley EMS and police. In addition to supporting EMS and law enforcement, firefighters helped with scene operations.
Regarding the participants' conditions, the department did not offer any further details.
