Newburgh FD responded to a vehicle that struck a parked vehicle at 69 Grand Street on August 9th. City/Newburgh Police was at scene and requested Empress
EMS to scene. FD checked both vehicles for hazards and made vehicle's safe-spread speedy dry on fluids on road. Empress EMS transported one subject to
Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital. City/Newburgh DPW advised parking meter machine was damaged. City/Newburgh Police investigating the cause.
