On Sunday August 8th 2021 the Suffolk County Police Department dispatch center received a 911 call for a motor vehicle accident on Mastic Road and Mastic Boulevard infront of the Mastic Fire Department Headquarters. Suffolk County Police Department Sector Car 711, 713, 714 responded after being dispatched to the call. On the arrival of Suffolk County Police Department units they found a two vehicle accident. Both drivers of the vehicles were fine and did not need medical attention. One vehicle had heavy front end damage and had left a large amount of debris is the road. Suffolk County Police Department units moved one of the vehicles out of the road way and got the insurance information from both vehicles.
