Serious MVA with Entrapment in Newburgh

NEWBURGH, NY - Orange Lake FD responded to serious MVA with entrapment at 2125 Route 300 on August 4th. Town of Newburgh EMS requested a MEDEVAC, and Winona Lake FD set up the landing zone at Orange Lake Motel. Firefighters extricated the subject from the vehicle, and Town of Newburgh EMS transported them to the landing zone. Moblie Life ALS assisted at the scene. The MEDEVAC launched and went en route to Orange Regional Hospital. Town of Newburgh Police are investigating the cause. Central Hudson also responded to the scene.
