Firefighters Quickly Contain Restaurant Kitchen Fire, Prevent Spread
Attleboro, MA - The Attleboro Fire Department responded to a reported fire at a Pleasant Street restaurant, where employees advised crews of a fire in the kitchen area upon arrival.
Firefighters located the fire beneath cooking equipment in the wok area and rapidly extinguished it, preventing extension to adjacent businesses within the same building. Crews operated in a challenging environment that included grease, confined spaces, and gas utilities, but were able to contain the incident to the area of origin.
