As Hurricane Debby exited Manatee County, Fire Departments were left with a wake of Disaster. East Manatee Fire and Rescue received a call of an explosion in a Mobile Home Park. On arrival they found the back of the structure well involved, units were backed up on calls and the mobile home park had no hydrants. After a while the second due Engine arrived and provided the much-needed water.
