Tanker 5 Supports Regional Response During 3-Alarm Fire

Monroeville, PA - The Monroeville Fire Dept. Co. #5 responded with Tanker 5 to assist at a third-alarm structure fire in Murrysville, operating as part of a coordinated regional response. Upon arrival, the crew was assigned to staging, remaining ready for deployment as conditions evolved. While staged, the unit was briefly redirected to assist with a reported structure fire in a neighboring area, but was canceled prior to arrival after the incident was brought under control. Tanker 5 then returned to the staging area and remained available until released.
