Quick Water Supply Leads to Fast Fire Knockdown

Hilltown, PA - The Hilltown Township Volunteer Fire Company responded to a fire incident where Engine 61 arrived as the first-due unit and immediately established a water supply by laying into a nearby hydrant.


With the assistance of Station 59’s crew, firefighters were able to quickly charge the line and begin an effective fire attack. Coordinated efforts between crews allowed water to be placed on the fire in a timely manner, helping to bring the situation under control efficiently.


The incident demonstrated strong teamwork, communication, and rapid deployment, all of which contributed to a successful outcome on scene.
