Newburgh FD responded to report of two vehicle MVA vehicle into pole with injuries on August First. City/Newburgh Police and Empress
EMS were at scene. Firefighters checked both vehicles for hazards-disconnected one battery. One driver was transported to Montefiore-
St Lukes Hospital by Empress EMS. City/Newburgh Police investigating the cause.
