Stewartstown, PA - The Eureka Volunteer Fire Department, along with Eureka EMS and Rescue 61, responded to a reported motor vehicle accident with possible entrapment at the intersection of Plank Road and Rinley Road in Hopewell Township.

Arriving crews found a three-vehicle crash with multiple injuries and one driver confined inside a vehicle. Command was established, and additional EMS resources were requested to manage patient care. Firefighters and EMS personnel worked together to assess, treat, and prepare all patients for transport, while Rescue 61 assisted with scene operations and fluid control.

Fire Police secured the area and established traffic detours as the Pennsylvania State Police investigated the incident.
