On July 27th at 7:47 am The Red Hill, Pennsburg and East Greenville fire companies and Upper Perkiomen Valley EMS along with The Trumbauersville Fire Company for RIT were dispatched for a dwelling fire with possible entrapment at 1289 St Pauls Church road in Upper Hanover Township. Engine 71 arrived on the scene and had heavy fire conditions throughout the former one room schoolhouse which had been converted into a home, Also the residents were out of the house on their arrival. Additional companies from Montgomery, Bucks and Lehigh counties were called to the scene for tankers and manpower. The cause of the fire is pending the investigation by the fire marshal.
