Gainesville, GA - The Hall County Fire Rescue responded to a reported residential structure fire on Lipscomb Road, where first-arriving units encountered a single-story home with significant fire involvement affecting approximately half of the structure.

Crews quickly initiated an interior fire attack, working aggressively to contain and extinguish the fire shortly after arrival, preventing further extension throughout the residence.

As a result of the incident, two adults, two children, and a dog were displaced, and the American Red Cross was requested to assist the affected occupants. The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.
