Cronomer Valley FD responded to Freetown Highway after they were requested by Plattekill FD on July 29th. Truck was off roadway into a mash
area. Plattekill firefighters and EMS personal were assisting the driver of the garbage truck. Plattekill Town Police were at scene. Freetown Highway
was closed in both directions. Plattekill EMS transported driver to hospital. Firefighters checked truck for hazards and was waiting the arrival of wrecker.
Plattekill Town Police investigating the cause.
