PALM HARBOR, FL - On July 23rd Palm Harbor Fire Rescue, East Lake Fire Rescue and Safety Harbor Fire Rescue responded to a head-on collision on McMullen Booth Road. Three trauma alerts were declared and sent to trauma centers, where one of the occupants later died.
